I am now entering week seven of the 16 week Big Mountain Training Plan. Wow! I am truly amazed with the progress I’ve witnessed. Low intensity combined with strength training has made all the difference in the world. I switched several weeks ago from pm to am training sessions and also introduced fasted training into the mix. My endurance level has remarkably increased. Your training philosophy is amazing. Can’t thank you enough. I’m confident I’ll be ready for Alaska in 9 more weeks!
