I’ve now used three Uphill Athlete training plans. First the 8 week mountaineering plan, then the Beginner/intermediate ice/mixed plan. I recently purchased the 8 week intermediate/advanced rock plan and am about to start that. I got very solid results from the first two plans. I was well prepared for some Cascades climbing from the mountaineering plan. Since I was going on a bike tour a few weeks after the Cascades trip I mixed in some bike rides, which seemed to work well. The Ice/Mixed Training Plan worked great. I was easily strong enough for my trips to Ouray and the Adirondacks. I did find that I rated high in all of your progressions except one handed grip strength, that was very slow to progress.
