I just finished a mountaineering course on Mt. Baker and could not be happier with my performance. The custom nutrition consultation paid dividends. When I last climbed Baker, I summitted, but it was a struggle. This trip, even with a heavier pack, more travel on more difficult terrain, and twice as many days on the mountain-I felt much better. I cruised up and down thousands of feet of elevation gain/loss each day and came home ready to start training again. I will definitely use Uphill Athlete again in preparing for my next objective.
