In the last month there has been a noticeable change in my energy levels during day-to-day life, training, and on big days that I’m going after an objective. I feel sharper throughout the day and don’t have a dip in energy in the afternoons anymore. When I get home from work, lacing up the running shoes no longer requires me to hunt for motivation because I have plenty of energy to spare. I felt my fitness had begun to plateau before working with you, but after a week or two of implementing my new nutrition strategy I felt faster and much more durable as an athlete. This nutrition plan was exactly what was missing from the rest of my training. I only wish I had reached out sooner!
