I just finished the 5 week rock alpinist training program. Wanted to say that I got so much improvement out of only 5 weeks.
I’ve been wanting to improve my endurance running and complement my climbing ability for a long time. this helped me really raise the bar in both areas. Aerobic capacity has hugely increased and am running and climbing more strongly than ever. Thank You!
