- $50/half-hour, half-hour minimum.
- You will be sent a link for payment upon completion of the phone consultation
- We bill at $20/15-minutes for time over 30 minutes.*
Speak one on one with a coach.
We will answer any specific questions you may have and make every effort to ensure you are getting the most out of your training. This is useful for help setting up a training plan, having a mid-training plan check in, or help modifying a training plan to accommodating an unexpected illness.
You may also wish to schedule a call if you need help deciding between a custom training plan and coaching. Note that if you decide sign up for coaching we will waive the phone consult fee.
