Im having an issue with meeting he requiremnts on the Z3 weighted uphill hike in the training plan. I’m not reaching much above 145 bpm even though the weight is clearly the limiting factor to speed as the instircutions dictate. My Aet is somewhere between 139-141 on my last test 6 months ago, so Im hard pressed to think Im relly much above my AeT at 145.
Any advice would be helpful
