Transition Period – replace "Climbe one day"

    Hi there,
    the transition period in TFNA calls for one climb day. My goal however is really only uphill hiking/softcore mountaineering. What shall I replace that “Climb day” with?

    Replace it with more Zone 1 (super easy).

    Scott S is 100% correct. You can never have to much aerobic base.
