intermittent fasting

    Hello,
    I have been reading about intermittent fasting, it seems like it could improve fat burning capabilities.
    I’m quite curious to try it, I do already do excercise (following the book) around 6 days a week, does anyone have any experience or knowledge with it in relation to training for alpinism?
